Since there really aren't any affirmative responses given yet I suppose a person could stop by a football practice and just see who's there coaching.

Could be a secondary problem for sure. The main problem is the head man is clueless.

Could be - I don't know. If he is, then why did Pound hire him? And could it be that the head woman is clueless as well?

The answer is in the question. [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif[/img] I don't know about the head woman. You and I have a mutual pal on here that could tell you the horror stories of how the interview process went for that job. Laughable to say the least.

I noticed what seemed like a lot of hostility between some of the players, coaches, and parents outside the Pound locker room as I left the Coeburn/Pound game a couple of weeks ago. Pounds good running back, #7 I think, had a lot of adults around him as I left and it seemed like they were consoling him, it kinda seemed like he didn't wanna go in the locker room.

This is just an observation, I may very well be way off.

Then let the freakin parents coach...they seem to have all the answers.
